Welcome

Dear Parents, Carers, and Members of the wider community,

I am delighted to present the latest edition of the Wilnecote Warbler, which serves as an essential update on the numerous achievements and successes that have brought this half-term to such a positive close.

This edition truly highlights the ambitious spirit of our students. We celebrate great progress in our wider curriculum, from the exceptional business acumen shown by our Year 8s in the British Airways Careers Challenge to the historical and cultural immersion experienced by our students during the Cologne residential trip.

It has also been a term of personal growth and inspiration. Our annual Awards Evening was a moving testament to the dedication and resilience fostered here at The Wilnecote School, and our first-ever Readathon proved that our students are more than capable of exceeding expectations when they unite for a common goal.

Thank you for your continued support of the school. I hope you enjoy reading about the many triumphs of our students this term.

Warm regards,

Mr David Foskett
