Wilnecote School's "Frozen Jr." Melts Hearts and Garners Rave Reviews

The Wilnecote School has been positively buzzing with excitement following their triumphant production of “Frozen Jr.”, which has been hailed as a resounding success. The talented students brought the beloved Disney classic to life, delivering a performance that, according to delighted audience members, rivalled even the Broadway original.

The spotlight shone brightly on Isabel W (Year 10) and Adelina C (Year 8), who delivered captivating performances as the iconic sisters, Elsa and Anna. Isabel’s powerful rendition of “Let It Go” left the audience spellbound, while Adelina’s energetic portrayal of “For the First Time in Forever” had the crowd clapping along in sheer enjoyment.

The production was a showcase of talent across all year groups. John CP (Year 11) charmed the audience as the rugged Kristoff, while Max H (Year 7) brought plenty of laughs as Sven. Other young cast members also shone, with Fraya S (Anna) and Beatrix SK (Elsa), both in Year 7, delivering adorable performances as the young Anna and Elsa.

Isabel L (Year 11) brought warmth and humour to the role of Olaf, and Jimmy C (Year 9) provided plenty of comedic moments as Oaken.

“We are immensely proud of our students; they delivered an amazing performance and did the school proud. Their ambition towards the show reflects their dedication and determination to make it the best it could possibly be; they truly went above and beyond,” said Mr Foskett, Headteacher. “The production was a testament to their talent and the commitment of the staff who supported them. We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved.”
