Working Hours & Weeks: 37 Hours Per Week – Term Time Only
Salary: Grade 7 – NJC Spinal Points 15 – 22
Actual pro-rata salary – £24,127.61 – £27,217.86

We are seeking a Pastoral Team Leader
Who will lead and support the Pastoral Team, working under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher for Standards, you will co-ordinate the support and provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning.
The successful candidate will have high expectations and a commitment creating strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills with evidence of grade A*-C in Maths and English at GCSE level and have the ability and confidence to use ICT. Experience of working with children and/or students is desirable and at interview, you will be able to clearly display an affinity to the pastoral care of students in school.
Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people including, parents, teachers, students and support staff.
