Year 10 students at The Wilnecote School received a valuable boost in their career preparation this week with a mock interview day.

Students participated in simulated interviews with representatives from a variety of companies. These volunteers generously donated their time to provide students with real-world interview experience and offer constructive feedback on their interview techniques.

“The mock interviews were a fantastic opportunity for our Year 10s to develop their confidence and interview skills,” said Mrs Ager. “We’re incredibly grateful to all the companies who volunteered their time and expertise to support our students.”

The experience proved beneficial for both students and participating companies. Students gained valuable insights into the interview process, while companies were exposed to the next generation of potential talent.
