Salary: Grade 5 – NJC SCP 6- 9. £23,893 to £25,119
Actual pro-rata salary – £20,734.48 – £21,798.41

The Wilnecote School is part of The Community Academies Trust which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.
We are seeking a Inclusion Learning Support and Positive Behaviour Officer who will be a key part of our Inclusion team. You will work directly with students on a day-to-day basis, under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher Inclusion and Operations and Facilities Manager, to provide effective and efficient running of the Internal Exclusion Room.
The successful candidate will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills and have the ability and confidence to use ICT. Experience of working with children and/or students is desirable and at interview, you will be able to clearly display an affinity to the pastoral care of students in school.
Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people including, parents, teachers, students and support staff.
