We are pleased to introduce to you our After-School Club booking system. The system we have chosen to use is our very popular SchoolCloud system which we use for Parents’ Evenings. You can login using this link https://thewilnecoteschool.schoolcloud.co.uk and your existing details you use for Parents’ Evening.

In addition to allowing you to secure a place for your son/daughter in their chosen activities, you will also gain the benefit of being able to see all that is on offer to the students of The Wilnecote School.

Whilst using the booking system will be our primary way of identifying who is attending each group, we will still allow students to attend that have not pre-booked so long as the specific activity has not reached the maximum numbers.
