We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational senior leader to take on the exciting role of Deputy Head – Pastoral at The Wilnecote School. 

We are looking for a leader who is dynamic, inspirational and passionate to join our school and help lead our drive to become truly outstanding. You will possess the energy and vision to achieve the best outcomes for our students. The successful candidate will be committed to our values and ethos, have the interpersonal skills and ability to lead staff and students and make a wide and varied contribution to overall life at this busy and vibrant school.
