On Wednesday, 4th September, Wilnecote School warmly welcomed its newest cohort of Year 7 students, marking the start of their five-year journey through secondary education.
As the students arrived, excitement filled the air as they met their form tutors and began to forge new friendships within their form groups. The day was filled with introductions, settling into classrooms, and meeting the dedicated teachers who will guide and support them throughout their academic journey.
One student, Jayden, expressed their enthusiasm: “I’m really excited to start Year 7. The teachers seem really nice, and it has been nice to meet my friends from Primary school and make new friends.”
Miss Julius, Head of Year 7, commented on the day: “We were delighted to welcome our new Year 7 students to Wilnecote School. We are committed to providing them with a high-quality education and creating a supportive and nurturing environment where they can thrive.”
As the students embark on this new chapter in their lives, the school looks forward to witnessing their growth, development, and academic achievements over the next five years.
